Welcome to Home True Hub. By accessing our website, requesting our services, or signing any project agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Home True Hub ("we," "us," "our"), a home renovation company based at 2609 Washington Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, USA. By using our website at hometruehub.com or purchasing any of our renovation services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Home True Hub provides the following home renovation services to residential clients in Corpus Christi, Texas and surrounding areas:

• Home Decor and Interior Design
• Home Exterior and Garden Renovation
• Home Security System Installation
• Fire Safety Equipment and Inspection
• Roofing Upgrade, Repair, and Replacement
• Solar Panel Installation and Upgrade
• Windows Replacement and Installation
• Home Flooring Upgrade and Installation
• Bathroom Remodeling and Renovation

All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. Specific service details, materials, and scope will be outlined in your individual project agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all potential projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any changes to the project scope, materials, or specifications after the quote is accepted may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

What's Included in a Quote

• Labor costs for the agreed scope of work
• Materials as specified in the project agreement
• Permit fees where applicable
• Standard cleanup and debris removal

What's Not Included (Unless Specified)

• Hidden damage discovered during demolition
• Electrical or plumbing upgrades required to meet code
• Custom or premium material upgrades requested by client
• Landscaping restoration beyond immediate work area

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment schedule for projects is as follows:

• Deposit: 30% of total project cost due upon contract signing to secure your project date and order materials
• Milestone Payment: 40% due at the midpoint of project completion as defined in your agreement
• Final Payment: 30% due upon project completion and final walkthrough approval

For projects under $5,000, full payment may be required upon completion. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), bank transfers, and approved financing options.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge on outstanding balances. Projects may be paused if payments are more than 7 days overdue.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided in your quote and are based on ideal conditions. While we strive to meet all deadlines, factors outside our control may cause delays, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Material supply chain delays
• Permit inspection scheduling by local authorities
• Discovery of pre-existing structural or system issues
• Client-requested changes to scope or materials

We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly and work diligently to minimize delays.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:

• Provide clear access to the work area during agreed hours
• Make timely decisions on materials, colors, and finishes
• Notify us of any known issues (asbestos, mold, structural problems) prior to project start
• Secure pets and remove fragile items from the work zone
• Approve change orders in writing before additional work begins
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

7. Warranties

Home True Hub provides a 3-year workmanship warranty on all renovation projects, covering installation and labor defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by client misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Natural disasters, storms, floods, or acts of God
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues caused by third-party contractors or DIY modifications
• Manufacturer defects (covered under separate manufacturer warranties)

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:

• Before work begins: Deposit refundable minus a 10% administrative fee if cancelled within 3 business days of signing
• After work begins: Client pays for completed work and materials purchased. Deposit is non-refundable once materials are ordered
• By Home True Hub: Full refund of deposits if we are unable to fulfill the project

9. Limitation of Liability

Home True Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage to personal property not specified in the project agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of Home True Hub and protected by U.S. copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nueces County, Texas.
